WINE: With its adjoining enclosed plot, the vineyard at Château les Pins now boasts 95 acres of vines, including nine acres of Muscat. The exceptional nature of this unique Muscat makes it one of the designation’s stars and imbues it with excellent keeping potential.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 70% Muscat à Petits Grains, 30% Muscat d’Alexandrie
MATURATION: 30% mutage sur grains (fortification in cask before pressing)
TASTING NOTES: Intense and aromatic, this Muscat reveals a menthol note and verbena infusion, with additional honey nuances and brandy grape flavours.
