WINE: With its adjoining enclosed plot, the vineyard at Château les Pins now boasts 95 acres of vines, including 17 acres of white. The exceptional soil imbues the wine with excellent keeping potential, making it one of the Roussillon greats.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 50% Grenache Blanc, 50% Roussanne
MATURATION: 100% new casks for four months
TASTING NOTES: Elegant and refined, this Château les Pins white cuvée reveals an intense floral and white-pulp fruit nose with a hint of vanilla. This wine has every possible quality on the palate: balance, freshness and roundness.
