WINE : With its adjoining enclosed plot, the vineyard at Château les Pins now boasts 95 acres of vines, including 57 acres of red. The exceptional soil imbues the wine with excellent keeping potential, making it one of the Roussillon greats.
GRAPE VARIETIES : Syrah 40%, Grenache 40%, Mourvèdre 20%
MATURATION : 12 months in oak casks - one third new casks, one third one-year-old casks, one third two-year-old casks
TASTING NOTES : Warm and elegant, the nose reveals complex spicy and ripe dark berry notes. This lively and delicious wine stands out for its complexity, finesse and roundness on the palate.
