TERROIR: Les Hautes Terrasses: round pebble terraces with clay soil.
WINE: The second wine in the ‘Les Pins’ range, this cuvée is produced using the same methods as the big brother. With a shorter maturation period and gentler extraction methods, these wines are temptingly youthful.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 70% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah
MATURATION: In-cask for three months and bottled early to preserve its aromatic freshness.
TASTING NOTES: The pale shade and clear nose (flowers, melon, peach) herald a beautifully fresh, round wine with delicate strawberry notes.
