Les Petits Pins blanc Côtes du Roussillon 2017
TERROIR: Partnership between two terroirs. Les Hautes Terrasses: round pebble terraces with clay soil. Les Terres Rouges: Medium-height clay and limestone hills.
WINE: The second wine in the ‘Les Pins’ range, this cuvée is produced using the same methods as big brother ‘Château les Pins’. With a shorter maturation period and gentler extraction methods, these wines are temptingly youthful.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Malvoisie
MATURATION: Short fermentation and stirring periods in casks over a year old. Matured on fine lees for three months before early bottling.
TASTING NOTES: This wine with a delicate greenish tint boasts fresh citrus and floral aromas that herald its perfect breadth and lovely round mouth-feel.
